Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

The Recruitment Associate Consultant role is both client- and candidate-fronting, actively involved in both client acquisition, relationship management, as well as candidate qualification and attraction.

• Articulate our value proposition and identify business opportunities through network and outreach;
• Generate and qualify leads, perform sales prospecting and pitching in order to acquire new clients;
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through the delivery of exceptional service;
• Identify and attract candidates through various available platforms;
• Qualify candidates through screening and interviews;
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What you have

• Tertiary education in any discipline with preferably with at least three years of work experience in a business development, talent acquisition or agency recruitment role;
• Curiosity and drive for knowledge, with an interest in technology and changes in the working world;
• Empathy, sincerity and integrity, with the ability to connect meaningfully with people from various career levels;
• Ability to build executive rapport with C-level client stakeholders;
• Good level of perception, able to conduct own research to find answers;
• Coachable attitude and ambition toward continual professional development and self-improvement;
• Tenacity and resilience, ability to stay optimistic and self-motivated in the face of challenges;
• Sense of initiative, and the ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity;
• Good command of English, and excellent professional communication skills.
