Tax Manager - Singapore - Far East Management Limited

Responsibilities:

Handle all matters on Singapore direct tax and overseas tax in countries the group operates inEnsure tax compliance and timely filling of tax returnsReview tax computations and provide tax advisory and support to business groupsIdentify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks for the groupAnalyse and interpret the impact of changes to laws and regulations on tax liabilities, tax structuring, transfer pricing, etc.

Assist in ad-hoc projects and liaise with local and overseas consultants on local and regional tax mattersRequirements:Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualificationMinimum 8 years of relevant managerial experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firmDetail-oriented, independent and analytical with good problem solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience in GST/indirect taxes, stamp duties and property tax matters is a plus
