- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any studies
- Candidates with 2 - 3 years recruitment background will be preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Effective communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
