    Description

    Your Role:

    As our Vice President of Creative, Consumer Financial Services at OCBC, you will be the visionary leader and strategic architect driving the creation and execution of a powerful, consistent brand narrative across all physical and digital touchpoints including branch, digital and ATL channels.

    You will lead a diverse team of talented creatives and work closely with the Business ensuring seamless integration of brand and campaign messaging across branches, websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative vision and strategy aligned with the product or segment that aligns with OCBC's overall business objectives and brand positioning.
    • Spreadhead Regional cost efficiencies by creating key visuals that can be used across our APAC markets.
    • Elevate in-branch experience by implementing fresh and impactful creative elements to create differentiation and adoption.
    • Manage and optimize the bank's social media presence across various platforms.
    • Lead the design and development digital assets for the bank's digital channels.
    Qualifications

    Qualifications:


    • 10+ years of experience in a lead designer role within the creative field,
    • Experience with financial services industry or a related B2C environment is an advantage,
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Ability to think big picture but is also a hands-on operator.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principlesoperator.t practices, including social media and video marketing with hands on experience of channel-based performance.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team of creative professionals.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for the financial services industry and a deep understanding of customer-centric branding.
