Job Scopes:


  • Follow safety protocols and report any health and safety issues.
  • Inspect raw materials and semifinished components during the production process.
  • Keep records of work quality processes.
  • Examine raw materials, components, and forgings for quality assurance.
  • Conduct daily/weekly calibrations according to industry standards.
  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using specified methods outlined in quality documentation.
  • Understand and follow inspection/test procedures based on industry standards.
  • Use own judgment to establish acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections and complete necessary documentation.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:


  • Need experience in NDT with Level 2 certification in ultrasonic inspection for forgings/wrought products, following ISO 9712 standards like PCN.
  • Experience working with diverse materials and providing supplies to the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 23 years of experience

$2, $4,000.00 per month
