Site Admin - Singapore - KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Assist in new project site up including handling SP account for temporary water and electricity supplies, telephone line, mobile line etc- Administer booking arrangement of all meeting rooms and conference room
- Maintain general filing system manually or electronically and manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Ensure that all mails/packages are collected and distributed promptly
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing faxes are dealt with promptly
- Undertake word processing, typing, data entry and photocopying as required
- Ensure that all office areas including the staff room & meeting room are always clean, tidy and adequately stocked
- Ensure that the visitor book is accurately maintained
- Monitor daily attendance, investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- Validate and record staff leave & medical claim
- Prepare staff attendance report to the management when required
- Assist new staff to register facial data in biometry attendance system
- Completing errands and other duties as required from time to time
- Validate and record staff petty cash claims for reimbursement
- Ensure that office stationery stocks are maintained at appropriate levels
- Ensure that all office equipment ie fax, photocopier, telephone system are operating and maintained
- Maintain existing vendors and source for new vendors when required for site purchases/facilities/events
- Liaison with external vendors to fix any malfunction of office equipment, meeting room facilities etc.
- Assist in the procurement of safety equipment & work tools
- Ensure all staff and contractors to the office are aware of WSH requirements for the building, including new staff
- Assist on public relation matters
Requirement
- Minimum O' Level or some formal qualification
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in administrative role, preferably in construction industry
