    About the Company

    Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business. We are now moving beyond our comfort zone of B2B into B2C market and provide services to residential homes. We hope to continually lead the future of our industry through setting exemplary standards in the delivery of the best quality and value for money services to our clients.

    We are looking for passionate, customer focused and self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executive. The successful candidates will play a key role to help Aegis surpass our profitability and growth goals.

    Starting monthly salary : $2500 to $4000, depends on experience.

    Employee benefits include monthly performance incentive, 14 days' annual leave and etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain market awareness to identify business opportunities and propose approaches to manage market changes.
    • Maintain client segment awareness to identify and offer relevant service solutions.
    • Drive new sales initiatives and programs to achieve wins in 2 areas: clients and profits.
    • Take ownership of the full sales contract cycle from negotiating, drawing up, signing and managing execution and completion of the contract including project and client relationship management.
    • Ensure team and individual sales goals are on track.
    • Responsible for end to end project management including project preparation, project scheduling and progress, client management, project control, project costing, project closure and project billing collection.
    • Conduct site surveys to appreciate ground situation and issues in support of quotation process.

    Requirements

    • Fresh poly graduates are welcomed to apply.
    • Proficiency in English
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage
    • Understanding of sales presentation, marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and has passion for sales
