Responsibilities:


  • Develop functional capability to perform various trade support tasks and processes
  • Understand the business workflows and systems used by the team
  • Identify and implement solutions to automate or enhance existing workflows / systems
  • Design, develop and maintain RPA processes, including testing, troubleshooting and enduser support
  • Prepare and maintain process design documents for automated business processes
  • Conduct UAT on new system functionalities, updates and fixes
  • Perform other businessrelated activities or adhoc duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:


  • Recognised Diploma / Degree in Banking, Finance or IT related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic programming/coding knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and responsible individual
