Description

Scanning and Indexing

  • Perform precheck to ensure all sales submission documents received tally with document lodgement form
  • Scan and index all sales submission received from representatives
  • Pack submission for dispatch to Principals with accompanying batch list
  • Pack internal documents and arrange with OM for retention at offsite storage (relating to new submissions)
  • Save scanned documents in Reps folders
  • Attend to Principals/Representatives queries on submissions
  • Maintain proper records of Principals endorsed batch lists, courier services consignment notes

General Administration

  • Distribute and maintain proper records of all policy documents from principals

Sales Submission

  • Processing of pre/post sales submission from representatives for submission to product providers
  • Checking of submission documents based on regulatory and internal guidelines to assess the status of submission & perform the necessary followup
  • Perform data entry on sales submissions
  • Meeting of KPIs accuracy, quality output and service levels
  • Attend to queries from product providers, representatives or interdepartment
  • Adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines for processing functions

Systems & Others

  • Work on enhancement for new system and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes implemented and issue logs raised
  • Update Standing Operating Procedure manual on a timely basis
  • Perform adhoc tasks as and when assigned
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams for processing functions with interdependencies
  • Identify interdependencies when analyzing issues and proactive to propose resolution

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 23 years preferably in banking/financial industry
  • Possess knowledge in financial products (such as insurance and investment)
