Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking passionate and creative individuals to join us for the role of 3D Designer.

The main focus of this role is to ideate and create high-quality 3D visuals to assist in the communication with our clients, help them to visualise and make decisions.

Our clients ranges from lifestyle to luxury sectors. The type of events ranges from brand activations, large scale pop-ups, product launches and large scale exhibitions.

Scope of work:

• Translate event briefs into creative and innovative concepts and convey ideas in visual language with mood boards, layouts, 3D renders and produce final delivery of completed project.
• Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation.
• Set and manage internal and client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
• Provide feedbacks and work closely with project team to coordinate all deliverables from the design stage to completion of the project to the highest quality standard.
• Participate in production meetings and material selection, when necessary.
• Provide effective support to team members and mentor team member as and when required, maintain ongoing positive client relationships and effectively coordinate the project to ensure completion within the allocated timelines.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Demonstrate professional skill, high standards, sound judgment and professionalism.
• Perform other roles and responsibilities as requested based on business needs.

Criteria:

• Diploma /Degree qualification in events, exhibitions or interior design or equivalent, with minimum 5 years experiences in lifestyle, luxury and fashion events or exhibition design.
• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from layout plans and sketches, knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering technique.
• Proficiency in 3D conception, perspective, construction drawing, detailing, rendering & sketching
• Proficiency in software such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUp,V-ray, AutoCAD, as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to conceptualise spatial and graphic ideas and execute graphic layout for production.
• Experience in interpreting briefs
• Strong space planning, creative and visualisation skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
• Self-starter, able to work independently and as a team.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
