    Programme manager in supporting national engagements and support partners on the development of Dementia-Friendly Communities under the Dementia-Friendly Singapore (DFSG) initiative.

    Support managers on Programme Management and Sector Development

    Promote the DFSG/DFC movement among partners and stakeholders

    Analyse and propose recommendations in the development and implementation of sustainable and effective programmes for partners/stakeholders to build community support networks for persons living with dementia and mental health conditions and their caregivers

    Support the review and development of resources that empower partners to build DFCs (ie toolkits, e-learning modules and talks/workshops)

    Assist in planning for national/community campaigns to raise national dementia awareness and de-stigmatisation

    Support the planning and work with relevant healthcare and community care organisations to strengthen the flow of clients, information and care transitions to build an integrated dementia and mental healthcare ecosystem

    Support managers in the development of annual work plans, budgeting and programme reviews to meet the set deliverables and outcomes

    Support managers on Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

    Influence partners/stakeholders to come on board DFSG initiative and implement dementia-friendly and community mental health initiatives


    Advise on developing an implementation plan with community stakeholders and partners (grass This role will act as the Programme manager in supporting national engagements and support partners on the development of Dementia-Friendly Communities under Dementia-Friendly Singapore (DFSG) initiative.

    Job Requirements:
    Degree in any discipline in community outreach/ health promotion/ healthcare, preferred.

    Minimum of 2 years' experience in community engagement/ healthcare/ mental health/ geriatric areas will be an advantage.

    Good stakeholders/ partners engagement and project management skills

    Good writing and presentation skills

    Competent in MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

    Self-driven and passionate in making a difference to Singapore's landscape on dementia and mental wellness.

    Able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds

    Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

    Proactive, able to think out of the box and able to function in a fast paced environment to meet key deadlines

    Good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, responsible, good, team player, can work independently, able to manage change & ambiguity.
