    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Business Process Analysis

    Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

    Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data meticulously related to business operations.

    Strategic Planning

    Develop and implement strategic plans for business transformation initiatives

    Work closely with senior leadership to align transformation projects with overall organizational goals.

    Technology Integration

    Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that support business transformation objectives.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.

    · Documentation of Business Process

    Create detailed documentation of existing business processes, including workflows, system interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Develop comprehensive process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate a clear understanding of current business operations.

    Requirements:

    · Education

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    · Experience

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.

    Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects.

    · Skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent project management skills.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Familiarity with change management principles.

    · Technology Proficiency

    Proficient in using project management tools, data analytics software, and other relevant technologies.

    Familiarity with Visio, CI, LEAN, Six Sigma systems is a plus.

    · Certifications

    Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable.

    · Adaptability

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Effective in planning, organizing, and prioritizing critical deadlines.
