Description

• Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other aircon maintenance supervisors in all duties of the aircon operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, schedule, and supervise aircon maintenance site staff.
• Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to client's complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of the Technicians
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of the Technicians
• Ensure all works carried out by the Technicians as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• And any other responsibility in the office as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma and above
• A minimum of 5 years experience as an AirConditioning site supervisor or Foreman
• Initiative and keenness to learn
• Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
