A) JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Research potential vendors.

2. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

3. Evaluate offers

4. Track orders, Monitor stock levels, Identify purchasing needs, and Ensure timely delivery.

5. Follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.

6. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.

7. Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

8. Work location: Near MacPherson MRT (CC10/DT26).

B) JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum GCE 'N' Level

2. Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role.

3. Those with experience in the construction sector will have an added advantage.

4. Outgoing & confident, with good communication & negotiation skills to engage vendors.

5. Main working language will be English and Chinese.
