Description
Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects

  • Responsible for Event, Partnership and other Marketing activities
  • Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes take initiatives to implement improvement plans
  • Budget adherence and tracking
  • Engage in adhoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization
  • Project administration and management of workflow
  • Onsite execution and delivery of event.
  • Any other ad hoc duties
