Description
**Our client is a one of the leading players in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Automation Engineer to be part of their Logistics team to support their business needs. They are located in the West - easily accessible.


Job Description:


  • Oversee the testing, operation, and upkeep of automated machinery.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Logistics System enhancements.
  • Compile project materials, conduct cost analyses, estimate annual retrofit budgets, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Sustain the performance and reliability of all automation and network systems within the automation layer.
  • Analyze equipment reliability using error logs, event reports, and data from computerized maintenance systems.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with automation control products such as Siemens IPC, PLC etc.
  • Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts
