Description
We are looking for a passionate and professional Data Centre Operator to join our Non Banking client.


Job Role

  • Handle day to day operations including batch processing, report printing and distribution, adhoc jobs scheduling and execution.
  • Perform first level system batch problem determination and resolution.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring on Network, Servers, Application systems, Data Centre environmental and facilities management, and to escalate promptly to relevant authority to rectify defects.
  • Logging and assigning tickets for incidents accurately.
  • Management of physical access to the Data Centers.

Job Requirement

  • You should at least have a Diploma in Computer studies or related IT discipline.
  • You will need at least 2 years of relevant experience.
**Working hours: 3 days Night Shift
