- Min Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- Post-grad qualifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, and Masters will be advantageous
- At least 10 years working experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, performance management, process improvement, risk management, and analytical function
- Prior working experience in the Manufacturing industry with regional presence is preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Roles & ResponsibilitiesOur client is in the Precision Engineering and Manufacturing industry with presence in the APAC region, currently seeks a Strategic Planning Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor. He / She will be responsible to drive strategic initiatives implementation, support corporate & strategic planning, provide in-depth analysis, conduct performance management, drive key decision-making processes, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on performance against strategic objectives.
Additionally, he / she will need to work closely with other business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals and financial plans, develop forecasting models, identify potential risks, monitor budget variances, and recommend corrective actions.
