    Purpose and Objective:

    SAP seeks a Business Development Representative to support our SAP Business Transformation solution area. SAP Business Transformation is revolutionizing the way businesses think about their process, offering a powerful, all-in-one platform to optimize business processes and drive intelligent business transformation with live insights. This role will be responsible for driving new and incremental pipeline (sales qualified leads and opportunities) production for the solution area, leveraging digital engagement models.

    Expectations and Tasks:


    • Collaborate closely with the solution Accounts Executives to drive new and incremental pipeline or sales qualified leads and opportunities
    • Assess target markets and accounts, identify prospects and conduct intelligence gathering to identify the best possible communication strategy to maximize chances to attract prospects' interest and create an early sales relationship with them
    • Position our competitive advantage for prospects to leverage SAP Business Transformation solutions to drive customer business outcomes
    • Align work streams with prospects and Account Executives to develop and coordinate a unified demand generation framework
    • Demand Generation plan development, documentation, and communication, ensuring transparency to all stakeholders, i.e. utilizing Outreach for outbound, creating outreach sequences
    • Make use of best practices to create repeatable demand generation successes
    • Close collaboration with Field Marketing to nurture inbound leads and drive follow up activities with the goal of converting marketing leads to sales qualified leads
    • Participate in, organize and support strategic and innovating Demand Generation initiatives or projects with moderate supervision, as directed by management.

    • Effective time management to prioiritize activities contributing to quality pipeline growth
    • Highly agile and adaptable to changing technology landscape and demands of customer
    • Digital native with creative thinking on how to engage with customer via multiple channels
    • Responsible and proactive towards attainment of targets
    • Knowledge of business process management and enterprise architecture solutions and their usage in the SAP context
    • Ideally knowledge and experience in sales execution and customer engagement platforms such as Outreach, Hubspot or similar
    • Knowledge on maintaining lead/opportunity metadata in a CRM system
    • Experience with objection handling, lead nurturing and working with high volume activity environments through digital engagement (phone, e-mails and LinkedIn)
    • Creative and innovative in thinking of new ideas for pipeline building

    Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field of study with not more than 3 years of relevant experiences
    • Excellent presentation skills, being able to deliver effective presentations to C-suite conveying the value of SAP Business Transformation
    • Entry level candidates can be considered
