    Roles & Responsibilities

    Customer Care Officer (1 Year Contract) x 8

    (Convertible Contracts)

    Working Location : North (Accessible by Yio Chu Kang MRT)

    Working Hours : Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm, Alternate Sat: Half day

    Responsibilities

    • Advise the employment of all related manpower in Singapore, handling claims and complaints regarding employment and related disputes etc.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new information or changes to ensure accurate advice are given to customers.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies and requirements
    • Handle customer calls during crisis situations and build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
    • Providing feedback on processes, suggesting improvements to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
    • Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers
    • No experience required as training will be provided
    • Customer Service Experience preferred
