- Advise the employment of all related manpower in Singapore, handling claims and complaints regarding employment and related disputes etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new information or changes to ensure accurate advice are given to customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies and requirements
- Handle customer calls during crisis situations and build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
- Providing feedback on processes, suggesting improvements to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Customer Service Experience preferred
