Senior Business Operations Manager - Singapore - GMP Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update accounting policies for group companies across the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
• Develop and maintain guidelines for tax audits in the AP region.
• Summarize and update company law, tax law, and other relevant regulations pertaining to financial and tax accounting in the AP region.
• Prepare comprehensive closing reports and business plan reports for submission to the Managing Director.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the annual budget for the Singapore office.
• Coordinate and arrange business trips and meetings for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other managers.
• Provide support for any additional activities delegated by the CFO.
• Facilitate the organization of board meetings, including confirming dates and times, arranging transportation and accommodations, and coordinating meal arrangements.
• Collect and consolidate meeting materials into cohesive presentations for distribution.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working in a multinational corporation or within the Asia Pacific region.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing financial operations in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing high-level administrative tasks.
