1) Good experience in cooking Sichuan appetizer, Sichuan dishes and dessert which are meant for Hotpot.
2) Assist in the management of the kitchen in regards to the cleanliness and food hygiene etc
3) Able to assume most job scopes within the kitchen such as preparation, cutting, skewing and washing etc
4) Constantly creating new dishes to entice customers.
