Summary:


You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring country performance, identifying trends and potential issues for the business.

You will lead and/or participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO), Regional Office and Agencies in change management.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Process Excellence Team to ensure processes are aligned across Agency Network in Asia Pacific (APAC).


To perform well in this role, you should possess strong analytical mind, good knowledge in project management and process improvement skills.


Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Contributing, defining, leading and implementing business projects related to shipping business process areas

Identify country-specific initiatives to improve process efficiency, effectiveness and alignment for APAC Countries; Implement these initiatives jointly with relevant key stakeholders as required

Propose new ideas, lead continuous improvement projects, and coordinate Key Initiatives across departments

Review Group's Objectives and Policies to identify and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, service quality and ensure alignment

Provide support to HO and/or Regional Office Global Experience Network (GEN) for project deployment and change management

Collaborate with HO GEN Department, other functional Departments and Agency Network to implement processes complementing end to end process efficiency

Develop Communications and Training plan around the process improvement initiatives as required

Recommend appropriate tools and measurements to demonstrate process improvement results

Collaborate with Senior leadership teams proactively to identify and deliver improvement that is in line with Group's vision, values and strategic plan

We are looking for someone who possess great communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.


Minimum requirements:

Degree in Maritime studies, Logistics or Supply chain related would be advantageous

At least 5 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement

Prior experience working in shipping industry would be a plus

Proficient in MS Office suite i.e., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
