    Main Responsibilities

    Work in the research and development department in Singapore to execute projects and establish cutting-edge technical capabilities within the company.

    • Collaborate on simulation technology partnership projects, leveraging experience in working with universities or research institutions.
    • Possess a deep understanding or mastery of simulation technologies relevant to Li-ion battery, energy storage and the application in renewable energy.
    • Utilize simulation tools to assist teams in resolving electrical and computational challenges.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
    • Design and optimize the performance of energy storage control systems.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Hold a Master's degree or higher in fields such as electrical engineering, energy and power, computer science, mathematics, mechanical engineering, physics, or related disciplines.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of power system stability theory, energy markets, and control theory.
    • Experience in algorithm and software development is strongly advantageous.
    • Familiarity with the basic concepts of energy storage, renewable energy sources, distributed energy resources, load forecasting, and energy optimization.
    • Proficient in system simulation software, such as Matlab, PSCAD, ETAP, Ansys, Comsol, etc.
    • Proficient in one programming languages such as python, C, etc.
    • Knowledgeable about communication systems, protection systems, thermal control systems, and hierarchical control systems.
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English to facilitate communication with Chinese counterparts.
    • Exhibit critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a cooperative spirit.
