    Responsibilities

    · Execute operation procedures within the cell based on Overhaul Maintenance Manual

    · Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out disassembly and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.

    · Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.

    · Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.

    · Assist the Operations Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.

    · Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.

    · Carry out proper documentation.

    · Carry out any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    · Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.

    · Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly/assembly or test in aviation industry.

    · Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies.

    · Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

    · Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Good understanding of technical drawing.

    · Willing to work on rotating shifts.

    · Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.

    · Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
