Should be able to:
-
Design and coordinate an implementation plan key stakeholders

Participate in discussions with stakeholders and finalize project scope
Expert in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charter, project plan, status reports,
project timesheets, estimates, communication plan, reports, risk management plan, budget (work hours and cost), milestone/deliverable charts to ensure that projects meet estimates & timelines.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure projects meet initial estimates. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigation action Tracking and reporting on progress to plan, cost and schedule reporting and change control
Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors Involve functional expertise and specialist in design reviews and key decisions

Must have:

Managed JD Edwards ERP implementations/upgrade projects. Preferred functional knowledge of the finance - modules will be an advantage
