    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Inside Business Partner (IBP) to provide business development support for Client Partners (CP). This position is based in Singapore. The IBP assists CPs with prospecting, filling events from client lists, sales tracking, project management, communication with external clients, proposal writing, presentations, and marketing efforts including lead qualification & generation. Additional administrative duties include coordinating travel and calendars. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings including tools, work sessions, and training components for our solution.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create a smooth customer experience from prospecting through the full client lifecycle.
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the projects across all phases of development from the initial client contact, proposal presentation, contract creation, and project completion.
    • Qualify and generate sales leads through various channels including online research.
    • Arrange client meetings and manage client partner's meeting calendar.
    • Participate in Client Meetings along with Client Partners for information gathering purposes.
    • Create, manage and process client orders for subscriptions/products/services and/or custom programs in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Work with Client Partners to evaluate, execute business development strategy, develop and manage relationships for accounts in the Client Partner Portfolio.
    • Together with Client Partners, analyse and manage pipeline by updating stages and expected delivery dates for accurate forecasting.
    • Prepare & create sales presentations and proposals.
    • Communicate with internal and external clients.
    • Manage all invoicing/credits and submit/monitor invoices to payment portals (where applicable).
    • Must develop proficiency with the Microsoft Dynamics system, Microsoft Office Suite, and otherplatforms.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Business or equivalent.
    • At least 2 – 3 years relevant experience in corporate/consultative/sales environment.
    • A proactive self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills while demonstrating superior customer service and professional.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and keep focused on key goals.
    • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong track record for being a collaborative team player are essential.
    • Highly motivated team player with strong work ethic.
