- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
