    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, and make decisions.
    • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to ensure timely delivery.
    • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
    • Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.
    • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
    • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Evaluate and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
