- Deal with charterers and ship-owners regarding all post-fixture activities to ensure relevant operational information is passed on timely
- Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes and claims between clients and ship-owners
- Participate in 24/7 coverage arrangements
- Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents
- Assist in computation for freight, demurrage and laytime
- Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Diploma / Degree holder with 1 - 3 years related working experiences in marine industry
- Understanding of charter parties, voyage orders, stowage plans and monitoring progress of vessels
- Possess strong commercial sense, proactive and independent
- Able to demonstrate high level of trust, integrity and teamwork
- Driven and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
