• Lead the software design projects within the team, collaborate with different functions across geographies.
• Manage all project stakeholders under a common project goal
• Scout for technical improvement and innovation. Maintain technical standard.
• Accountable for project development timeline. Timely deliver to manufacturing of the new products.
• Understand customer needs and review company and competitor products.

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or related field is preferred
• Must have experience covering medical equipment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience in product development / R&D environment
• Experience in image or realtime video processing on PC platforms with DirectX, CUD or OpenCL
• Programming skills in C++ or C#
