Japanese hair salon in town area looking for experienced company director/hairstylist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop company's long term goal and strategic visions
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Make financial decisions
• Identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic relationship with stakesholders
• Assess customers needs and provide honest and professional advice on style, suitability and care
• Provide full service from initial shampoo through to final styling stage to meet customer needs and requests
• Actively promote styling products and all services
• Actively promote return visits to build a loyal customer base
• Demonstrate willingness, flexibility and team work at all times
• Conduct self in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures across all areas of business

Job Requirements

• Singaporean or permanent resident only
• Must be competent in all aspect of hairdressing such as cutting and chemical works including perming/straightening, bleaching/colouring, treatment
• Proficient in English; Knowledge of basic Japanese is preferable in line with concept and clientele
• Creative with strong interest in fashion/arts/design
• Positive work attitude and highly motivated
• Team player with an outgoing and friendly disposition
• Clean and hygienic with no skin allergies
• Candidate with clientele base will be considered favourably
• Salary shall commensurate with skills and experience
