    Location: Singapore

    Salary: Basic Salary SGD 2,000 - 3,000 + Uncapped 30% Commission

    Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team specializing in the preschool industry in Singapore. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates within the preschool sector. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an opportunity for high earners to thrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
      Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for roles within the preschool industry.
    2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the preschool sector, understanding their hiring needs and requirements.
      Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
    3. Job Placement:Match candidates with suitable job opportunities within the preschool industry, ensuring alignment with their skills and career goals.
      Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating the hiring process from start to finish.
    4. Negotiation and Offer Management:Negotiate salary packages and terms of employment on behalf of candidates, striving to secure the best possible outcome for both parties.
      Manage the offer process, including presenting offers, addressing candidate concerns, and securing acceptance.
    5. Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the preschool sector in Singapore.
      Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and develop strategic recruitment initiatives.
    6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:Track key performance metrics such as placements, revenue generated, and client satisfaction levels.
      Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Discipline is key.
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the education or preschool industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
    • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
    • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment software.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
