Responsibilities:


  • Support the management team in implementing business strategies and achieving organisational goals.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and brand image.
  • Create and implement compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and marketing opportunities.
  • Utilise your marketing background to enhance brand visibility through effective product positioning, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimising product performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and minimising stock risks.
  • Work closely with the design and production team to develop product concepts and assortments that align with marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of product launches and collaborations, ensuring seamless integration between management and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing teams to create engaging content and drive online customer engagement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's diploma in fashion management, marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in fashion management, marketing, or a related role within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for fashion and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
