Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and implement activity plans to increase user retention and conversion rates.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business across categories offered
- Use valuebased selling to effectively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree Holder
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
