- Manage and oversee the facility management and maintenance activities, as well as support plant's EHS operation;
- Support to develop AOP and manage the facilities management budget and expenses including plan and budget for the building's operations;
- Respond to feedback/issues and perform troubleshooting to restore/resume the operation back to normal;
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, drawings, plant histories, and other auditable documentations;
- Manage, supervise & check on the quality of work delivered by facility technicians and contractors for cleaning, pest control, maintenance, and others;
- Manage plant's security matter covering compliance with customer requirements, ITAR control and outsourced security service provider;
- Perform analysis of utilities consumption for early detection of anomalies and collaborate with Operation for Sustainability Initiatives/Projects to reduce the consumption;
- Any other projects/task as assigned by the manager, from time to time
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent;
- FSM Certified with SCDF;
- Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant experience in facilities management/maintenance or equivalent;
- Project and vendor management for maintenance and A&A works;
- Good technical experience and knowledge in Facilities management/maintenance, security management, and fire safety management;
- Knowledgeable in Workplace Safety & Health;
- Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft programs/applications;
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Readily undertake ownership, and proactive without the need for supervision;
- Positive working attitude;
- Strong written/oral communication and negotiation skills;
- Provide 24/7 support to attend and respond to any breakdown or emergency situations.
