• Identify leads and take charge of new business opportunities to expand the clientele and network
• Manage clients' relations, build & develop contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities
• Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and estimate sales targets and for building strong relationships with the clients
• To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned clients
• Track, monitor and analyse products and sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
• Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
• Consistently engage and develop professional relationships with existing, new and potential clients
• Actively identify and explore new client leads, manage and grow existing client base
• Gather and analyse market data, customer and competitor information
• Work with Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing initiatives in order to achieve sales targets
• At least 6 years of working and sales experience in medical sales or similar role
• Bilingualism will be an advantage, with a mandatory requirement in the fluency in spoken and written plain English
• Ability to work independently and self driven
• Confidence and effective communication skills is essential
• Exercise logical thinking with field knowledge on market condition & reality
• Good observation skills, planning skills and willingness to work as a team
• Willingness to take charge and take ownership of accounts
• Ability to stay calm, even when cornered
• Understanding the business fundamentals through the submission of monthly reports
