Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• To be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.
• Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
• Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
• Data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Experienced in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products
• Familiar with incoterms and documentation coordination preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
• Prior customer service/sales experience preferred
• Good command of English
• Must be motivated, self starter and able to multi-task
• Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in MS Office

Working Timing: 5.5 days / Alt Sat / 9am – 5.30pm & Alt Sat 9am – 12.45pm

Location: Redhill (5 mins walk from Redhill MRT)
