    Your key responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the daily Margin settlement and Funding related tasks as required by SGX and HKEX, according to the local Exchange guidelines or regulations.
    • Payments to and from Exchanges and the internal affiliates, ensure the internal bookings are checked and uploaded to the books and records for the LD business line.
    • NOSTRO break investigation & resolution.
    • Act as an escalation contact for reconciliations across Exchanges, intersystem and nostro breaks and be accountable for resolution.
    • Ensuring all regional regulatory reports are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and all reporting polices are adhered and attested.
    • Be the Listed Derivatives Subject Matter Expert (SME) to respond and manage all email queries, and escalate issues to Management, Business, and respective compliance teams.
    • Daily oversight of all Listed Derivatives operations functions performed in the offshore Service Centre(s) i.e., DKS in Manila. Review KRI and MIS and participate in weekly and monthly onshore/offshore meetings.
    • Diligently update Key Operating Procedures or Document for daily BAU activities.
    • Proactively review controls and ensure processes onshore and offshore are fully compliant to all internal policies and external regulations.
    • Proactively drive change by calling out manual process flows and implement improvements and automation using transformation tools using low code / no code solutions i.e., Visual basics, Alteryx, Tableau.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Clearing Brokers, Exchanges, and System Vendors to ensure optimisation of straight through processing and client servicing.
    • Lead adhoc projects in support of Exchange, Industry, Business and Customer requirements pertaining to Listed Derivatives products and services.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of vendors systems, products, and markets. Implement processes and controls to comply to new rules and regulations.
    • Participate in any new business strategy and policies implementation, including new business initiatives.
    Your skills and experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking in Listed Derivatives Operations with proven knowledge of Listed Derivatives based products
    • Proven hands-on experience in Macros, VBA, Alteryx and Tableau
    • Ability to work under pressure and drive multiple initiatives
    • Minimum a bachelor's degree
    • A well-motivated and enthusiastic team player with communication and inter-personal skills
    • Proactive and results driven approach to ensure completion of all tasks and ultimately improvement of our clients' DB experience.
    Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
