Description
We are a small company selling food ingredients to bakeries, restaurants and hotels.

Our warehouse with integrated office is located at Senoko / Woodlands area with 5 day work week (Mon to Fri).

We are looking for a self-motivated office admin to complete our team of driver's and sales personnel.

You should be well versed in using computer software like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn and improve on the job.

Must demonstrate attention to detail and be attentive to the job on hand. Able to work independently with a strong sense of integrity, and responsibility with a positive attitude.


Job scope:


  • Assist with office administrative task
  • Invoicing to customers using Quickbooks (no need to have experience)
  • Assisting sales manager with customer queries, sending of quotations and product documents
  • Keeping up with payment from clients
  • Answering office calls and receiving of parcels and goods

fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Monitoring product stock
  • Packing of samples for customers
