1.Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of customers' order processing and follow up on trade settlements (LC, DA or TT);
- Handle customer issues and feedbacks;
- Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customers' shipping requirements to ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment;
- Liaise with technical department to make sure manufacturing orders are correctly issued to factories;
- Liaise with factory operation for packing / shipping instructions and resolving any order related issues;
- Updating of data and customer's requirement into SAGE (ACCPAC) system and generate report for management;
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and full set of Export documents;
- Dynamic, selfmotivated, possess initiative and meticulous in work;
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as a team player with positive attitude;
- Good command of English; ability to communicate in Chinese and Malay language in order to liaise with China and Indonesia associates would be an advantage.
- Resultsoriented and be able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
