Responsibilities

1. Create excellent memories for people by matching or suggest suitable travel options that best suits their needs and desires with holiday destination.
2. Respond to email enquiries and perform sales transaction.
3. Research fare and schedule information.
4. Book accommodation and travel arrangements using industry-specific computer system.
5. Describe trips to customers and give details on any documents required.
6. Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
7. Follow up on Internet leads and convert these leads into actual sales.
8. Work towards achieving both individual and team KPIs and goals

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Good selling, communication and listening skills.
• Have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
• Strong interest in countries histories, geographies, general customs and cultures.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
• Those with a working knowledge of Tour & Travel Industry will have an advantage
