JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting duties
  • Prepare and issue quotations and invoices
  • Obtain and receive vendor/supplier quotations and invoices
  • Ensure all accounting, administrative and HR records are filed properly
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Provide administrative support when required
  • Responsible for general administrative duties
  • Ensure cleanliness of the premises
  • Manage the pantry and other office supplies
  • Any other adhoc projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma, A levels, or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec
  • Preferably with relevant working experience
  • Detailoriented & meticulous
  • Good multitasking and timemanagement skills
  • Must be reliable and responsible
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient IT skills
