JOB DESCRIPTION
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting duties
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices
- Obtain and receive vendor/supplier quotations and invoices
- Ensure all accounting, administrative and HR records are filed properly
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Provide administrative support when required
- Responsible for general administrative duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises
- Manage the pantry and other office supplies
- Any other adhoc projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, A levels, or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec
- Preferably with relevant working experience
- Detailoriented & meticulous
- Good multitasking and timemanagement skills
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient IT skills
