Mogambo Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant nightspot that's been at Boat Quay since 2011.We are seeking one dependable and hardworking Bar Manager to join our team.
Duties of Bar Manager includes but not limited to;
- Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests' needs in a prompt and professional manner
- Assisting with the operational running of the bar and ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability
- Performing inventory checks and keeping a strict and accurate control over incoming and outgoing stock
- Ordering of stock and other miscellaneous purchasing
- Training of new bartenders and Floor Staff/Servers where necessary
- Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Manager on staff performance, customer satisfaction and inventory matters
- Ensuring high standards of all necessary hygiene, health and safety regulations are upheld
