    About Us:

    Securevision Pte Ltd is a leading provider of security systems solutions in Singapore. Since our establishment, we have been committed to delivering top-notch security solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts.

    Position: Sales Coordinator

    Location: Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT

    Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly.
    • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate the closing of orders.
    • Prepare documentation for the handover of orders to the project department.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English and Mandarin.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
    • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.


    • ITE or Diploma or equivalent
    • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
    • Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to learn and understand security systems products and solutions.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Salary Range:

    The salary for this position will range from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
