    The Responsibilities:

    • Ensure achievement of overall Automation budget targets, encompassing products with direct AUT SAP code under automation and Automation Cabinets under ESS SAP CodeSupport for Overseas Office
    • Provide internal support for regional offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia to manage Automation inquiries effectivelyQuotations
    • Handle quotations for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand regions. This includes clarifying technical aspects with customers, preparing quotes, and diligently following up on their statusOrders
    • Efficiently process orders and ensure timely shipment to customers
    • Manage RMA processes for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia regions. This involves coordinating with the factory for RMA#, monitoring shipment for diagnostic purposes, following up with the factory for repair charges, quoting customers for repair costs, tracking POs for repairs, monitoring repair lead times, and arranging shipment back to customers' post-repair
    • Handle demo unit processes for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia regions.
    This includes updating the demo unit list, preparing loan slips for customers, coordinating delivery of demo units to customers, and ensuring the timely return of demo unitsThe Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree major in Computer Science and Technology is preferred 3 to 5 years' experience in enterprise mobility (EM) products sales
    • Hard working with passion, able to work under pressure and good in communication and team spirit
    • Experienced in tablet PC, scanner, and PDA product application
    • Familiar with safety area and basic knowledge of Ex-proof
