The role:
This role will be responsible for regional leadership of all Enterprise customer acquisition,
heading up a newly formed New Business team focused within APAC. The
focus of the role is to build out the New Business specialism and function for this team
- establishing best practices for customer acquisition, leading a team of New Business Account Executives as well as partnering with the SDR, Trials, Referral, and Marketing teams.
The team:
Reporting to the SVP, APAC Sales, this role will be a critical part of EZRA's sales leadership team and will work closely with peers across the Enterprise Sales function to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients into the Enterprise Growth function.
How will I make an impact

- Drive Acquisition Outcomes_
- Lead and drive new business growth across APAC
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently
- Partner with Enterprise Growth leadership to transition seamlessly newly acquired
- Develop creative and impactful strategies to ensure EZRA's approach to acquiring
- Partner with our Adecco Group partners around the world and across distinct brands
- Act as a brand spokesperson / ambassador for EZRA with prospects, leading
- Function as part of the sales leadership group as well as be a key leader within the
- Partner effectively with acquisition leaders in other regions to collaborate on best
approach to new customer acquisition

- Lead and develop a team who can acquire new enterprise customers
- Partner with the People Team to attract high potential individual contributors into
- Onboard, coach and develop the team of high performing new business sellers
- Manage performance of team effectively following EZRA practices
- Foster collaboration within team and across customer lifecycle
- Encourage continuous learning within team
- Measure Effectiveness of Acquisition Team_
- Working with the SVP, APAC Sales identify operational metrics for team
- Define objectives, priorities and culture for Enterprise Acquisition Function in APAC
- Working with RevOps to establish system for tracking those metrics
- Create cadence for review within team
- Expose subset of metrics to executive team
- Partnering with Finance and RevOps, manage and be accountable for department
- Enhance Effectiveness and Efficiency (Through Technology)_
- Support your team by standardizing processes
- Effective use of existing systems, e.g., regarding SF, support system, customer
- Support your team leads in managing Acquisition Activities_
