    Join us for a fulfilling HR internship at Infineon You will be part of the Emerging Talent team that covers key topics underlying Talent/ Student Attraction and University Relations, gaining exposure from regional and local perspectives.In your new role you will:
  • Process mapping, and review of HR Emerging Talent topics
  • Handle the day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent , with ability to track, monitor and update progress of talent topics/ programs
  • Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/ physical events ( Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution)
  • Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice
  • Involvement in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration (minutes-taking, follow-ups)
  • Internship Learning outcomes:
  • Comprehend the role of Emerging Talent established in a Global Hi-Tech MNC environment
  • Gain exposure in campus engagement and relations
  • Learn to be Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external Talents
  • Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events
  • Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams
  • You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • On track to attain Bachelor/Masters in Business /HR /Social Sciences or relevant field of studies
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
