Salary:
$56,800 USD per annum


Core Hours: 8-hour shift within service hours of 08:30 - 17:30, with early evening shifts as needed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager for a dynamic role in Singapore.

The core responsibilities involve providing excellent service to clients and guests, maintaining high standards in all duties, and offering flexible business support.

This is a hands-on role that actively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve the overall business environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the single point of contact for all F&B and Event Management requests.
  • Track and report all F&B Event Management requests, developing management reports and insights.
  • Develop service improvement initiatives to enhance hospitality for internal client staff and external guests.
  • Support the sourcing of new caterers, F&B, pantry supplies, employee experience, and hospitality vendors across APAC.
  • Order and deliver catering and hospitality services according to bookings.
  • Develop client knowledge and actively seek opportunities to surprise and delight.
  • Gather and share client feedback with the line manager.
  • Interface with the Facilities team regarding observed cosmetic building repairs.
  • Provide corporate event project management as required.
  • Discuss training needs or requests with the Coordinator/Manager.
  • Ensure rooms are set up correctly according to booking requirements and oversee stock control for consumables.
  • Work flexibly with the Receptionist based on business needs.
  • Provide coverage support for the Receptionist during the lunch break.
  • Ensure all areas of responsibility are presentable at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantries/hospitality storage rooms.
  • Utilize visitor registration and room booking systems efficiently.
  • Generate reports as required.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a hospitality role.
  • Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Dynamic, actionorientated, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all businessrelated matters.
  • Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good data analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being an enthusiastic team player.

Salary:
$56,800.00 per year
