    Roles & Responsibilities

    The role of product marketing plays a critical role in the Strategic Marketing team to drive product awareness and product launches through marketing campaigns and content engagement. The incumbent will have the opportunity to inject new ideas to continue breaking through the conventional way of marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the launch of products, marketing campaigns and content to create awareness and engagement to drive business goals and brand value.
    • Work closely with product owners and conduct customer focus group testing to identify key product proposition and develop campaigns and messaging tailored to the customer segment and needs.
    • Work with external creative agencies and internal media team and designers to conceptualise and develop go-to-market plans and support the end-to-end campaign execution.
    • Work closely with marketing promotions team to tie in promotions tactics to campaigns to support business growth and cultivate customers through consumer journeys.
    • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Ability to oversee multiple projects independently and competently with a keen eye for details.
    • Track and update budgets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals across key projects.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly analysis.
    • Handling of administrative matters relating to campaigns such as procurement and budget tracking.

    Requirements:

    • 3 to 6 years of product marketing or marketing experience will be preferred.
    • Proven track record of solid project management skills, delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
    • Good business acumen
    • Strong copywriting, excellent communication skills and critical thinking
    • A portfolio that has demonstrated a keen understanding and proper application of marketing concepts and processes with a proven track record of launching successful programs that have contributed to revenue growth and brand values
    • Ability to analyse sales data and consumer trends to understand the behaviour of customers, translating them into actionable inputs for marketing campaigns

    Competencies
    You should have experience in product launches, digital campaigns development beyond adaptation work, excellent communication skills and experience in working with agencies to support the execution of campaigns to drive product awareness and sales conversions. You must be digitally savvy, forward thinking and adaptable in delivering dynamic creative and messaging that breaks through the cluttered digital space to speak to today's customers.
