    Responsibilities:

    • Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
    • Monitor and control access to the hotel, including screening visitors and checking IDs.
    • Identify and address security risks, such as suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and fire hazards.
    • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and take appropriate action as needed.
    • Maintain a visible presence and respond to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
    • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to respond to emergencies.
    • Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
    • Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
    • Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Security and fire safety certifications are required.
    • Previous experience in hotel security operations is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
    • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
    • Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
    • Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.
    • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team.
    • Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive can-do' attitude.
